Culture Feedback
The "Feedback Culture" training course explores the dynamics surrounding formal and informal exchanges within professional team settings. The module covers two key aspects: preparing and delivering feedback, as well as knowing how to receive it and implement it effectively for the long term within a team or organization.
Over the course of the two days, participants alternate between theory and practice through individual and group exercises and role-playing scenarios.

An expert in commercial negotiation, Aude Pichaud provides support and training to companies. After completing her business studies, she began her career at the Bel Group, followed by the company Marie. She went on to hold Sales Director roles at the Kellogg’s Group—one of the world’s largest food industry entities—and at EssilorLuxottica, the global leader in the eyewear industry.
Throughout her career, Aude Pichaud has held positions focused on sales, team management, and negotiation. She has dealt daily with conflict and the rigorous demands of negotiations between major retailers and their suppliers, handling both national and international agreements.
